The goal is to have the home as close to a new builder model home as possible. A model home wouldn’t have photos of the grandkids, diplomas, and sports team memorabilia. Michelle thinks that’s a better way to phrase it instead of asking a seller to declutter. Decluttering is such a vague term.

More people care about pretty photos, then not. So if you want the largest pool of sellers who will consider you as their listing agent - professional photos will get you more listings.
